Focus Project: Assist with volunteer management

Hello my fellow Inland Empire organizations out there. I am looking to work with a small nonprofit within Riverside or San Bernardino County to assist with growing and retaining your volunteers. Many times organizations miss out on volunteers that would be helpful for (long term) ongoing events/programs. Having someone to oversee this aspect of the organization is important. Whether you have a Volunteer Manager or not, this would be a great opportunity for an organization that is open to receiving the feedback to keep pushing their mission.

This Focus Project is free as I Ashley Strange who earned a M.S. in Nonprofit Management & Leadership want to support an organization that is eager to continue to support their community.
